Dark267 was asking about a program like this, and I was lucky enough to find it in my googling.
The files to use the other servers are here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/bk5h2xxaa55x8wd/Reg_Locale.rar
Simply place whichever one you want to use in your res mods folder. You need to either delete all relevant files or paste in the ASIA server files to log into ASIA again.
Note: You need to register on each server. Your ASIA tanks and stats will not be on the other servers.
