If you select singapore from dropdown list at login, the default will be singapore at next.
To Install:
- download wotmod file and copy to your mods folder (ex. C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\mods\1.0.2.2).

if you use WGC (wargaming game center), cannot select server in WGC login process.
to select server, logout from WGC and exec wot client without WGC launcher.
