Sorry for the late re-post guys, my old topic was archived because it wasn't updated in the ASIA forums.
This launcher lets you switch between different World of Tanks server regions by changing its localization files and allowing you to play on the client without downloading another full client (+10 GB).
Basically, It works pretty much like a server switcher or something similar to it... also, Its not server roaming! (otherwise known as account server transferring).
The program is pretty similar to the Wot_Reg_Edit that stalker1_bla created from Group VK (here's link to his launcher: http://vk.com/wot_reg_edit) language is in Russian.
